At one point, I decided to change the font of the quotation in "document preference". From that moment on, I can't make citations anymore. When I try to quote a document, it puts me the number 1 and does not quote it at the bottom of the page. I downloaded word and zotero this week and my windows is up to date. What should I do to solve this problem?

Some citation styles -- Vancouver, Nature, IEEE -- just use numbers in text which refer to numbered entries in the bibliography. If you want citations in footnotes, use Chicago Manual or another style labeled as "note" on zotero.org/styles
