Adding members to a group

I cannot find any function or button to add members to my zotero groups. Any advice gratefully accepted

Go here: https://www.zotero.org/groups/
Click on Manage Members for the group you want to share and on "Send More Invitations" to invite people.

Is there "Send more invitations" possibility in the desk top programme, or is the function only in web library.
