From bibliography list to Zotero

Hello guys,

I was looking for a tool that would be able to read a .DOC bibliography, comprehend it's citations, and import it to Zotero, so I can easily compare the list of references of different books and articles.

Does anyone know if it exists? Or anything close to it?
