Why are hyperlinks disabled in PDF files opened from Zotero?

Hi, I found that the hyperlinks (links to URL, to equations or pages) are disabled (i.e. not clickable) for the PDF files opened from Zotero. I use Zotero on a MacBook.

Am I not doing something right or is this a bug?

Is this in the Zotero beta or in the regular version?
It's certainly not on purpose, nor is it generally the case.
Could you link to a PDF with which you're trying this?
