unable to retrieve metadata for pdf....

zotero shows that "could not read text from pdf"(even for those pdf i have retrieved metadata before)...
please help me~~ thank u in advance.

    a little more information would be great.
    Do you see that a number of your files are indexed? Can you search and find the file in quesitons using text that's only in the document, do you have a link to the file in question...

    problem is solved. storage directory (including chinese characters) seems make zotero not be able to retrieve pdf metadata. thank u all the same

    That's a Firefox bug, unfortunately.
