Publicity, marketing and user communication
I would hope that the CHNM group knows it has a pretty rabid fan base.
But, my challenge is that I only get the forums and catch up on stuff when I need to solve some esoteric problem. They I ignore you, shamelessly.
To redress this, I would really like to encourage some sort of episodic (quarterly?) communication from you to users that describes what new features you snuck in since I last checked, gives some well-deserved back-patting, etc. Whatever.
The blog really doesn't get enough postings to address my concerns.
So, go one, blow your horn! Stand on the desk top and jump up and down a bit.

adamsmithI think the blog should serve that function and it used to. E.g. the 2.0b7 release would have definitely warranted a post.

SalishSeaThe only thing I'd say about a blog is that it would be nice to be able to have graphics in any instructions/tutorials... but I don't care about the medium, it is the message that interests me!

TjowensAlong with the blog feed Zotero's twitter feed brings little bits of Zotero news and links to users on a much more frequent basis. http://twitter.com/zotero
