Upgrade StorageTroubleshooting Problems Saving PDFs to Zotero
I am suddenly having problems saving PDFs to Zotero from ProQuest. The message I receive says "An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information."
The icon is a grey box in the top right corner. I have authorized the extension, removed and redownloaded the extension, and tried using chrome instead of Firefox - all with no success.
I have also gone through each suggestion in the "Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero" forum

I have saved from the above URL numerous times before and have been using Zotero successfully for a while.
What else can I do to get Zotero to save PDFs from ProQuest again?
