Upgrade StorageDoes a "Smart Collection" feature to filter papers automatically exist with Zotero?

I was wondering if there is a way to have a collection that automatically adds papers to a collection based on a set of filter rules. For example, iTunes had smart playlists. Is there something analogous to that for Zotero? Maybe a plug-in? Apologies, if this has been discussed before, but a quick search didn't reveal any leads on this front.

Is it possible to pair this with RSS feeds? I'm not seeing the option under "collections" in the saved search options.
