insert repeat author instead of 3-emdash in Chicago 17

Is there a way to modify chicago 17 author-note bibliography so it puts the author name every time instead of the 3-emdash, such as

Jones. 2020a.
Jones. 2020b.

NOT

Jones. 2020a.
______. 2020b.

The Chicago manual acknowledges that some publication want the names instead of the emdashes.
