Converting to Zotero from SciWheel
Hi,
Is there a way to transfer citations from SciWheel (F1000) to Zotero?
Thanks!

emilianoeheynsedited January 7, 2022I think this procedure is going to be your best option. Zotero can import RIS, but you'll lose your project structure unless you go project-by-project.

emilianoeheynsSciWheel does have an API which probably allows extracting entries and their organisation.

glymouradminedited April 17, 2022Hi, I have opened a document that has citations done in SciWheel and new to Zotero. I need to redo the citations, and would be nice not to have to enter 75 citations into a new collection in Zotero. I tried the link above from emilianoeheyns January 7, 2022, but the page is no longer there. The paper is due tomorrow (of course). Would it be easier to ask the owner of the SciWheel account for her access info so I can manage from SciWheel?

adamsmithThe link would have been similar to https://guides.libraries.uc.edu/c.php?g=222346&p=7868279#s-lg-box-24960918

glymouradminOh thank you Adam. Would I need to have access to this person's SciWheel account to do this? When I click on SciWheel at the top of the word doc, it brings me to a sidebar in the word doc that requires log in.

adamsmithI'm afraid so, yes. Without that, I'm not aware of anything better than https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/importing_formatted_bibliographies#plain-text_citations_and_bibliographies
