Make citations clickable?

A nice feature of using hyperref in LaTeX, or manually created bibliographies in LibreOffice, is that you can click on the reference marks ("some statement [1], ...") and be taken to the bibliography section of the PDF. This is pretty-much a standard behavior in publications nowadays.

With Zotero's LibreOffice integration, no such behavior seems to be present.

Is it possible to get such behavior?
