Delete local group library link?

I had been thinking of setting up a group library to share material with various students, but after experimenting a bit decided not to. I emptied the library and deleted the group from the webpage without difficulty, find however that the link persists in the bottom left corner of my screen under "Group Libraries", and nothing I do will shift it. Suggestions?
