Upgrade StorageGerman style quotation marks in new PDF viewer and note editor

I'm using the Beta and love it - it fits perfectly into my workflow.
I have one small problem, however. When dragging and dropping or copying and pasting notes from the editor window, Zotero automatically adds quotation marks, which is clever. As German (and other languages) do not use American style quotation marks ("") but another style („“), I was wondering if it was possible to make Zotero use those. I can of course remove them via search + replace, but I think an option in Zotero would be more elegant and practical. If I've just not found an existing option I'd be grateful for any pointers on where to find it.
