Save to Zotero with Pubmed BUG

Hi,

I use the "Save to Zotero" connector with Safari in Pubmed since several weeks and everything works normally. But this morning I clicked twice in a row on the connector and since that moment it doesn't work anymore. When I click on the connector and that I make a selection of a few articles (or even just one), it doesn't work and a window is displayed "An error occurred while saving this document. See Solving converter problems for more details."

I tried everything, the problem is the same if I use Mozilla or Chrome. I uninstall all Zotero and reset everything but the bug remains.

The name of the translator when I Hover my cursor over the “Save to Zotero” button is "Save to Zotero (PubMed)"

The connector still works if I open the page of an article on Pubmed. And it works on other website, like google scholar.

That video isn't public, but this isn't a Zotero problem — you're just getting a server error ("status code 500") from the PubMed metadata service, which can sometimes be flaky (or might block you if you try to add too many items at once). Just try again later.
