opening attachments when there are more than one

I can't seem to open multiple attachments any more.
Interface is new, and when I click on different attachments, only the same one opens over and over again.

Type the right arrow key or click the rotating triangle to the left of the title to expand all of the attachments under the item and select the one you want.

This behavior hasn’t changed—double clicking an item has always opened one attachment
