{Updating} All Footnotes Stuck

I've seen a few threads on this issue from months ago, but I'm experiencing the very same problem. I'm using Google docs with the Zotero connector and it's been working fine for months, but all of a sudden it won't fully insert a footnote citation but will instead leave it in the {Updating} phase. I've tried refreshing the browser, I've closed and restarted Zotero, I've checked for software updates on both Chrome and Zotero, I've completely rebooted my computer, and nothing has solved the problem. Advice?

It may just be due to intermittent failures from Google Docs, particularly if this is a large document. You can try in a different browser if you haven't yet.

If the problem continues, we'd want to see Debug IDs from the Zotero Connector and from Zotero for reproducing the problem and waiting a couple minutes. Restart your browser and Zotero before starting logging.
