What is this sentence means ? Firefox could not load XP COM
1. I have tried to reinstall zotero, with deleting the previous zotero
2. I have download the zotero from the recommended website by support
But it still does not work.

dstillmanStart by uninstalling Zotero completely via Add/Remove Programs. From your email it seemed like you were deleting zotero.exe within the Program Files subfolder manually, which you should never do for any program.
