After PDF exportation, cross references of Zotero doesnt work

Hi Everyone,

I am new at using Zotero. I am using it on my master thesis. There is many figures, tables and equations in my document. And also citations added by Zotero. After exporting my word to pdf, all cross references are work (like; when I click to Figure reference it shows me the figure) but citations dont work. Its looks like they are normal text.

How can I fix it?
