Import Endnote Attachment

I would like to say goodbye to my endnote and use Zotero. When I import my data from Endnote, there was no attachment (PDF / Word files, not link). I have searched the forum, someone faced the similar problems, however, it seems that there is no easy way to solve it. Anyone could provide a clear and step by step instruction for it. Thx
