Integration error ZOTERO and Word

HI! I have tried for several days to link my word document (mac computer) with Zotero or Jurism and I always have the same issue. "Zotero experienced an error updating your document." I have tried all the suggestions in the Zotero Website but nothing works from those 10 steps. iCould someone please help me!? thanks :)

    You haven't provided a Report ID, which the document-debugging page asks for. But if you're really getting an error in a new, empty document, as you suggested via email, that page wouldn't apply at all — see the first line, which links to another page with different troubleshooting instructions if that's the case.
