Paid for more storage, not uploading new citations

I need help asap. I'm working on my graduate proposal which is due very soon and I can no longer add citations to my documents.

I paid for more storage but it's not making any difference.

    This is a misunderstanding. The quota is purely about online file syncing. It has nothing to do with citing. You can always save both data and files to your local Zotero library, which is what the word processor plugins pull from.

    Even if you're working on a different computer from where you originally added the items, data will always sync to all your computers regardless of your file storage quota.

    If you explain the exact steps to reproduce the problem you're experiencing, we can help further.

    (For file syncing, while you do have a storage plan, you've simply reached your higher quota. You'd have to switch to a larger plan or delete some files. Regardless, this is unrelated to adding citations to your documents.)
