Upgrade StorageOpenOffice plugin not installing

I've uninstalled both the OO plugin and zotero 2.0 itself. Then reinstalled Z, restarted FF, reinstalled the 3.0a4 plugin.
Still getting the message that it can't install and to make sure OO is closed. It IS closed. What next?
