Upgrade StorageZotero data recovery after a complete purge from another computer

a user deleted ALL my data in web library from a computer (on which the password was obviously automatically saved). How can I retrieve the data from two days ago (before the purge...) ?
The files in my zotero computer software are already deleted as I activated the sync.

Otherwise, you'd have to restore from a full backup of your Zotero data directory.
