I like the feature of adding bibliographical information to your notes. But whenever I import say an article, it creates additional pages and outgoing links, which completely disorganizes my graph view. Is there a solution to this https://azar.pro?

That depends entirely on the site you're saving from, and it certainly doesn't happen on every page. If you provide an example URL you're saving from, we can comment on why a link is added.
