Microsoft Word Add-on problem

I recently got a new computer, and after re-registering for Microsoft Office, and downloading Zotero again, everything is good and normal. Except, the Zotero option in my Microsoft Word isn't there anymore. And, in my Zotero program it says that the Add-on is installed and operating.
What should I do?
