not getting refreshed.

After adding a citation, Zotero not getting refreshed. eg. citation added at 1 is coming as 1, the next citation is also coming as 1 only. Also after adding bibliography and refreshing these citations are not to be seen in the list. can someone help.

    On opening word file the message appears "Citation / Bibliography is wrongly placed in the index area. Please delete the placed citation in Index area "

    That's an error from Mendeley, not Zotero. Uninstall the Mendeley plugin if you're having trouble.
