no retracted item integration

I've updated zotero to the newest version, but there is still no retracted item on the lefthand side, only the retraction warning showed up sometimes. One of my colleagues has the retraction integration, failed to figure out how to make it show up.

If you have a retracted item in your library and don't see the special collection in the left-hand pane, you may have hidden it. Right-click on the library root to re-enable it.

If you don't have any retracted items, it won't show up.
