Upgrade StorageZotero version not bumped on auto-update on Windows
The Zotero version is not updated in Windows "Apps & features" / "Programs & Features" after an auto-update (Zotero > Help > Check for Updates).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Zotero 5.0.96.2
2. Execute auto-update (Zotero > Help > Check for Updates) to (currently) 5.0.96.3
3. Check Zotero version in Windows settings "Apps & Features" -> version reported there is still 5.0.96.2
This is relevant for e.g. winget (https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli) which will report an available update even though it's been installed via auto-update already.
