Upgrade StorageConvert linked files to Zotero storage plan

I'm sure this has been discussed before. It seems most guides want to convert from Zotero storage to a third party cloud plan; I want to do the reverse. I have Zotero linked files in a Dropbox folder. I want to upload this linked files to my Zotero storage.
How do I transfer all of my linked files in my Dropbox folder to my Zotero storage?

dstillmanTools → Manage Attachments → Convert Linked Files to Stored Files
