Towards an 'Import from EndNote' tutorial

Scattered through the forums and beyond there are a lot of experiences from users importing their EndNote libraries. If we want to provide a tutorial (as I think we should, with the proviso given here), we should first find the most helpful resources.

Here are a couple of important threads:
