Citation style for rtfscan?

I posted this in the 2.0 Beta, but didn't get any response [1] Apologies for cross posting, but this is a styles question.

Are there any styles that create the in-text citations that the Zotero rtfscan [2] can pick up, like this: {Author et. al., Year}?

I'm trying to convert a document with existing citations into something that can go into Google Docs for collaboration, then out again to format the styles.

If there are no styles available, any pointers on creating one would be appreciated.
