How do I use Zotero to download a PDF based on an item (journal article title)？

If you've already downloaded a PDF of the document, zotero makes it easy to grab the PDF metadata. Is it possible to download PDF attachments using metadata (or document titles)?

    Right-click --> find available PDF (note this will not use any been proxy information, so will work best on campus / with VPN and only find open access PDFs otherwise.)
