Word is no longer connected to Zotero - Cannot reinstall Word Add-in

I'm using I've been able to successfully cite for several pages and then received a message indicating that Zotero is not communicating with Word. In the Cite Preferences, Word Processors section, the grey box indicates "Reinstall Microsoft Word Add-in". When I click on it it says "Successfully installed". However, nothing seems to change. However, when I double click it, I receive a message indicating "Installing Zotero Word for Windows Integration" with a green bar and it has continued for 30 minutes without stopping. I've canceled and tried again with the same results.
