How do you manage to sync your Zotero library across multiple devices? How its done?

For example I want to open up a document in from my Zotero library using my phone or another computer. Is something like this possible and if so how?

The first thing I would suggest is that you make a backup of your Zotero folder. This should be done with the Zotero app closed.

While the backup is running, read this section of the Documentation:
https://www.zotero.org/support/sync

Once the backup is done you can then open Zotero and go to Preferences > Sync on each computer.

If you have more than 300MB worth of pdf files you will either need to pay for extra Zotero storage or set up WebDAV storage.
