Feature request: Add an flag to the extension if a webpage has been added to the Zotero DB already

I use Diigo a lot for saving annotations. It has a really nice feature, when you annotate a site it changes the extension icon by adding a red flag to it. It was be GREAT if Zotero could do the same thing. If the URL is already in the Zotero database, flag the extension icon. This would help form saving a site, e.g. blog article, to the DB multiple times.
