reference list place at front of document?

I inserted in-text references after a sentence, but then found that the reference list had been edited, then moved to the front of the document. How do I fix this?

I should also add that the old reference list was still at the end of the document, it just added the new ones and made a copy of it before pasting it at the front.

You should be able to just delete the reference list -- make sure to catch a line before and after so that it's actually done. You can then re-insert it if needed -- it will be added at the position of your cursor when you click "Add bibliography"
