protocol for new discussions?

I am a brand new Zotero user (migrated from Mendeley). Is there any protocol for posting to distinguish a feature request from a bug report from an issue needing more immediate support?

    No, just post with a meaningful title to your thread (as you've done here) and for anything that you think is a bug/error, pretty much always start a new thread rather than posting in someone else's unless you're absolutely sure you're seeing the exact same issue and the other post is recent.
    Devs read all thread, so neither feature requests nor bug reports get lost (though you may not get an answer on a feature request unless they have something to ask/add on the topic)
