Zotero integration error

Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

case: D120872492

Hi, I have attempted to insert citation in the word document on my PC.

I tried 1) copy and paste into a new document 2) reinstall Zotero and word plug-in 3) copy the file from OneDrive to local hard drive, but none of them worked.

I would appreciate if you can help me out.

    I fixed the problem on my own. This can be applied to the users using language other than English.

    1) delete the zotero.dotm file on start-up folder
    2) change your system language to English
    3) restart your computer
    4) reinstall zotero.dotm file into the folder
    5) done
