Is it possible to add hand writing functionality in built-in note function?
I use zotero intensively to coordinate my references sources.
Zotero works pretty well.
However, during paper reading, I find that make hand-writen notes is the best way for me to organize knowledge and ideas from reading.
It's a pity that I cannot make any hand-written note directly in Zotero and link it to the source.
The only way is to use 3rd-party softwares which support hand writing (eg. onenote, powerpoint...etc,), save the note as an independent external file and attach it to source in Zotero. And this is basically how I work right now.
This working flow just not make any sense, Zotero already includes biult-in note function, why not make it possible to support hand writing? is there any technical difficulty?

I do the same thing as well. For me, the use of GoodNotes 5 is the best. I mainly use Zotero to organize articles and such for use in several classes. From there, I export to GN and the rest is history.
Happy citeing!
