Chrome add-on cannot work for 1 week!!!!(metadata cannot be grabbed)

The chrome add-on has been grey for over 1 week whichever paper-searching website is openned. This means I have been UNABLE to grab metadata for over 1 week !!!! PLS kindly inform me about an effective & workable solution to help restore my workflow. Thank you!

I've certainly already checked that file... IF any of the tips in 'Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero' had worked, I wouldn't have left a note here in the forum, you know.

And if you had actually followed the steps through to the end, you would be providing more information, without which we can't help you. Given that you haven't done so, I'm going to guess that you haven't actually done all the other steps, so I'd strongly encourage you to do that first.
