'Groups search' limited to 100 results?

Hello, new user here, when I use the 'Search for Groups' function I seem to be limited to 100 results (10 pages x 10 results). For example:
https://www.zotero.org/search/?q=climate#q/climate/type/group
What can I do to expand this? Many thanks!
