Correction needed in style code for turabian-fullnote-bibliography

Hello! We have recently determined that there is an issue with the style code "turabian-fullnote-bibliography" (for the 16th edition, found in GitHub) with the result that auto-generated citations in our instance of Primo VE do not correctly capitalize journal titles (they are italicized correctly, but only the first letter of the first word in the title is capitalized).

Journal titles in Chicago/Turabian (16th ed.) should be capitalized headline-style (as indicated by section 8.168 in the style guidelines; headline-style itself is described in section 8.159 of the style guidelines). I should note that book titles are formatted correctly using this style code.

Would someone be able to correct and update the code for this style in GitHub? Thank you!
  • We're a bit reluctant to do this for styles used in the humanities. The problem is that this will incorrectly capitalize journal titles that are not in English, but publish in English (think e.g. various "Zeitschrift für...")
Absent a dedicated locale for the container title, there isn't a great solution here (I've always been mystified why catalogers insist on sentence case for these. They are never used in sentence case anywhere)
