Hello,

So I was working on a systematic review this morning, and everyting was fine. Then, I've created a group library so my colleague can have access to it too. And now I can't save anything in any library (group or mine)

I have deleted all the other extensions, I've closed and open chrome and Zotero several times, refresh the pages, everything, still not working. The bug console says I've 0 translators, and when I try to reset the translators or update them, it seems like nothing is done

I've accepted all cookies in the settings of chrome and refresh my page after this

I've unable synchronisation with my online library because it's already big (2200 articles) and took too much time to synchronise, so I thought it could block the download

When looking at "save to Zotero" there is 4 choices : ProQuest, Emmbedded Metadata, Webpage with Snapshot, webpage without snapshot. When I put my cursor on the button, it says "save to zotero (proquest)"

    That wouldn't be related in any way. Nor is it related to syncing.

    If this is only happening on ProQuest, you're likely just getting blocked due to site access limits.
