I installed zotfile recently. It is extracting the pdf highlights without any issues.
I usually read my articles multiple times and make highlights. Is there any way to extract just the highlights for each corresponding read? I do not want to delete the previous highligh
Currently, when I extract using zotfile, it extracts all the annotations.

dstillmanedited November 2, 2021In the new PDF reader in the Zotero beta, which will become Zotero 6, you can selectively add annotations to notes from the annotations sidebar.
