replace URL by a custom hyperlink text

I can export from Zotero references like this one : Deschamps, M. et al. International Journal of Non-Linear Mechanics (2009) https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-03407270

What is expected is something like this : Deschamps, M. et al. International Journal of Non-Linear Mechanics (2009) [HAL]

,where [HAL] is the link to https://hal.archives-ouvertes.fr/hal-03407270 (The metadata in URL field)

Is it possible to achieve this with a tool such as Csl visual editor ?
