Import Citations from Word into Zotero

ms99ms
Hi! I was using Zotero to manage citations in a Word Document on my old notebook. Last week, I lost my notebook. Luckily, I still have a copy of my latest Word File. Yesterday, I bought a new notebok and downloaded Zotero again. Is it possible to import the citations I already have in my Word Document into Zotero?
