Unable to drag and drop articles into group collection folder

Hi,
I am unable to drag and drop articles into the group collection folder. I just read that it is the easiest way to add items to a group collection folder. Earlier I was able to add four articles to another group collection folder, but it is no longer allowing me to do that. Any suggestions?
