Hello, when I try to add a citation to a blank document on my Mac, I get a pop-up: "Zotero experienced an error updating your document. Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?"
My version of Word is 16.54 and the Zotero version is 5.0.96.3.

    If you change OS language to English does it fix itself?

    I've changed my OS language to English, but it still doesn't work

    Did you restart your computer after changing the language? Do you get the error if you cite an item from authors with latin character names? Which citation style are you using?

    1. My computer has rebooted several times after changing the language.
    2. I also get an error message when I cite an item from authors with Latin character names.
    3. The citation style I use is: "American Psychological Association (APA) 7th edition”
    4. When I click "Add Citation", I don't get an error, but when I click "Add Bibliography", I get an error.
