Creating visualizations from tags?

I've been using Zotero for a group research project and using tags to code themes in different sources. I'd like to create a visualization of the tags, a line graph showing the popularity of different themes over time and/or a word cloud of the tags based on how frequently they occur. Is there a way to export the tag data into a spreadsheet, to create a graph, or anything like that?

CSV export includes tags. You'd still need to do some data munging, but should be pretty straightforward
