Open multiple notes at once

I am using links in summary notes to link to other, more finely grained notes using QuickCopy. This helps me to keep an overview of an articles content, while having access to more detailed info with a click. The problem is that when I click on that link it closes the summary note, leaves the current collection and goes to the note in the library. Would it be possible to see the link in a new tab or something similar?
